We’re honoured being invited as a brewery to Borefts 2018, where we’ve been many times before. Its the festival that set the dream of starting our brewery. This is our second Cascadian Dark Ale, after the success of No Style without Substance, brewed earlier in 2018.

Clear brown beer, creamy beige head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: sweetish, dried fruits, caramel, vanilla, some chocolate. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: malty, nice roast, sweet, caramel, chocolate, alcohol. Aftertaste: some ripe banana, lots of alcohol, roasted, cocoa powder. Not getting much hop aroma or hop bitterness in this one, that would make it a BIPA?
