It's always a pleasure for us to brew a beer with Ramon and the crew at Soma. They make fantastic beers and we are both devoted to making super hoppy styles so it just works! This super pale DIPA was brewed up with four high impact American hops. Citra, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic in various formats. This is loaded with notes of ripe mango, grapefruit and lime zest and peach rings. With the oat quantity ramped up high and the bitterness mellow, this is a real juice bomb of a DIPA.

Can, 8.5%. Grassy, fruity, mineraly aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite bitter to begin with. Also nicely fruity. Chalky with a grapefruity touch. A bit rough to begin with, but mellows out as one's tastebuds get used to it.

Draught @ Brætspilscafeen Horsens. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, grass, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, pineapple, peach. Flavor is sweet, little malt, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, light citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 280424

Can from M&F Bottleshop drunk at home while watching the mighty Palace 🔴🔵🦅 pummel West Ham 5-2! (21/04/2024) Intense juicy fruity action, loads of Stonefruit mango and peach, some citrus red grapefruit and tangerine, some pineapple, thick oat laden creamy sweet malty backbone, pine needles, assertive hoppy finish. Gorgeous.

From tap @ Pien Shop, Helsinki during Soup Day. Poured hazy orange in color. Thin head. Tropical fruity hops, floral, intense aroma. Light ripe fruitiness, grapefruit. Solid.
