Bottle pour at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark burgundy, no head. Aroma has a nice smoked apple character, with red berries, some tart currants, and moderate honey nectar. Flavour is complex, with tart currant, smoke, red berries, and floral honey. Not as rich as some of their other meads but very well-made. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours clear deep amber. Lovely smoke and dark fruits like cherries and currants on the nose. Flavour has a nice punch from the cherries and currants, gentle smokey apples. This comes together really well.

QS6. Huge thanks Dima for sharing with us! Ruby body. Huge peat in the heavily honeyish aroma, nice! Blueberry-like notes, currant makes sense, peaty, smoked plum-like notes, bit lean. Warming, and quite nice in general.
