Bottle from U Ernoho. Gushed a bit upon opening, but nothing tragic. Lots of sourness, mixed character, actually pretty pleasant. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Light fruity sweetness, but this really all about the funky barnyard sourness, which is plentiful. Bold, feeling clean at the same time too. Aged well. Good one.

Shared by Misow, many thanks. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Vinous aroma with some tartness, funk, brett. Tart taste with grapes, apricots, very light hoppy bitterness in finish. Bottle with marjoobolut. Cloudy to hazy yellow, white edge head. Aroma of stinky feet and belly button. Taste is tart citrus dry finish. Very drinkable. Nice aroma anyway

Bottle at shrenk. Pours golden. Aroma is sour, funky, peachy. Flavor is sour, bitter, fruity, acidic, apples. Finish is sour and acidic. Overall: surprisingly good.

Bottle s.n. 198/500 from flaskaren.sk I may be not as excited as Misow but I still find this interesting enough and worth a try. It's absolutely clear this is spontan immediately after you pour it to glass, tall fizzy head disappearing with speed of your salary is clear sign this is going to be wild. And it is. Top class sourness with clear wine involvement is first you notice. The sourness is long lasting but also very pleasant after all. I like it.
