Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Color is dark brown with very small brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, some salty licorice and roasted malts. Simple imp.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20190312) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, berries and sweetness. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, liquorice, ash, berries and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, boozy and bitter. A rather unpleasant strong stout.

0,33 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade, hjemme 2.juledags kveld: brunsort med godt skum der varer. Cappuccino, flødekarameller, lakridschokolade, vanilje og et hint af cigarbox. Alkoholen mærkes først i maven med en dejlig varme. Så jeg trenger ikke nøre op i pejsen i kveld.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Sakiškių / Tanker Father Midnight ].Clear dark colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, dark fruit, chocolate, sweet malt, oat, alcohol, light licorice. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, salty licorice, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, alcohol, light burnt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20180711] 7-4-8-3-15

Bottle 33 cl. Close to black color, tan foam. Aroma: sweetish, wine, caramel, light smoked dried fruit, a bit of port wine, prunes. Taste: wine, caramel, prunes, dried fruits, dried figs, bitter chocolate, burnt malt, bitter alcohol, silky and gently (thank you, oats!). Powerful, but soft, warming, rich and balanced.
