Light body, soft mouthfeel, but pretty flat, citrus notes but mainly just massively yeasty. No real bitterness. Has absolutely nothing to do with a Brut IPA. 081225

Can picked up from Camba last weekend at their Bierfestival. Drinking this at home Saturday 12th April 2025 after another hard day of gardening. Pours lemony/gold, hazy, sticky white head. Clean, refreshing and with a pleasant peachy and summery vibe. Original review text: Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm consumed at home Sunday 21st August 2022 on a Zoom Book Club chat with Scott and Dad, we have done a 54km cycle ride to Schloss Ratzenhofen and then Gasthaus Spitzer, at Osterwaal today. This pours light gold with a white head and lots of lacing, it is mostly clear but there is a little bit of haze. Fruity but cannot determine what fruit, clean, refreshing and with a little dryness. Simple but pretty well done.

As champ Gang. Aroma is yeasty spicy coroander with light honey. Taste is light sweet fruity with bitter spices and yeasty body. Not bad.

Can. Pale gazy golden, white foam. Citrus, light lychee aroma, a hint Weizen minerals. Medium light dry foamy body. Fruity base, getting banana and clove again, citrus, gooseberry. A fruity wee number, quite drinkable.
