Aus der Flasche (bbe 07.05.2023) im 2023-03 getrunken. Dieses leicht trübe, gelbgoldene Bier hat ein kräftige, feinporige Schaumbildung. Dahinter zeigt sich ein leicht gehopftes Bier mit leichter Citrusnote. Ein recht filigranes Sommerbier.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before May 2023. Slightly hazy, pale golden with a large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, slightly yeasty aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes, some banana and light clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral and a bit yeasty taste of lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes, some clove and light banana, followed by a short, quite dry, moderately bitter finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Refreshing, nicely fruity beer, feels fairly Belgian.
