A proper old school, dank and piney Westie. Citra is the hero, supported by Chinook, Cascade and Simcoe. Dry and bitter, loaded with citrus and pine flavours. Loads of hops on the nose, supported by that savoury toasted malt profile. Clean and dry, allowing the hops to really shine and leave the pallet salivating for more.

Can. Just misted pale amber with a good cm of white head. 3+ Oozing aroma of kumquat, breadcrust, pine. Some more toppy citrus notes - Meyer lemon - upon a sip. Dryish with resin building towards a modestly bitter end (which is not proper old school but thoroughly revisionist). Harmonious but doesn't offer enough for 7%.
