November 2019: 330 ml bottle, as Alechemy Ritual Pale Ale, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.1%, IBU 45. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of sunwarm yellow fruits. Flavour of citrus, yellow stonefruits and pine needles.

Cask. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Citrus, peach, pine notes, mild finish.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.11.19. Very pale golden. Diminishng white head. Aroma of harsh margarine, lime and lemon zest and raw pale malt. Similar taste. Decent citrus bitterness is lingering on.

500ml bottle. Clear, pale orange with thin white head. Honey and orange aroma, flavour is similar with some cereal thrown in. Sweet, but with a dry finish

Cask at the Picadilly tap Manchester a hazed golden orange coloured pour sticky white head. Aroma is sweet honey. Monster cereal light caramel, grassy hop. Flavour is composed of spicy hop, grassy semi sweet toffee, Lingering earthy citrus,. Palate medium sweet, sweaty malts, grassy, hop, midget, gems, rounded finish. Lingering green berry and hedgerow hop. Ok.

Bottle (thanks fatphil). Pours golden. Aroma is grass, hay, butter. Flavor is sweet and bitter, grass, hay, butter. Finish is sweet and dry. Overall: nah.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Alechemy Ritual ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - silver head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, toasted - caramel, fruity malt, marzipan malt - biscuit malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, riped fruit, sweet malt, fruity, fruity, marzipan malt notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]
