This is our take on a traditional German Pilsner. A full malt bill; bready and soft caramel notes which has been generously hopped with a blend of Hallertauer Mittlefruh and Saaz hops and fermented with a classic Bavarian yeast. Clean, crisp and classic.
Note: Initially also known as Craft Pilsner.

Sample at Brewskival 2023, Helsingborg 11/08/2023 Grassy bitter hoppy and bready malty, grain, cereal, straw, hay, light to medium body, crisp bitter hoppy finish.

33cl can at home. From drinkonline.eu. Bbe 150524. Poured clear and light yellow in color, surprisingly pale really. Grassy, dry crisp pils with light fruitiness.

Canned@HBF2018. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, bready malts with some slight grains as well. Flavour is grains, some floral and mild toffee to it.

Strågul, lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter malt, lys karamell. Frisk, soft pilsner/lager. Noe vannete. Søt og tørr avslutning.
