[ As Klostergården Lysere Tider ].Unclear - hazy medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, citrus, light herbal - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, citrus, wheat, light floral - herbal - spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180921] 6-3-6-3-12

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 1. Hazy pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lemongrass perhaps, lightly grassy, hayish. Decent body and carbonation.

Clear blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are of a pale blond beer with herbs. Especially thyme.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2018. Clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple and fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and quite fruity taste of lemon peel, grains and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly grassy and rather dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
