This kettle soured beer has a complex blend of fruits and herbs to give an interesting mixture that won't necessarily scream of any one spice. Grapefruit is at the forefront, and then the herbs (coriander, szechuan peppercorn, and tarragon) play a supporting role. The name Tiny Dragon comes from the fact that the ancient Danish word for tarragon translates to small dragon. You won't think bernaise sauce when you drink this beer, rather you will remark at how refreshing it is!
