Pejl Ejl 2.0. Citrusno, a ne preveč. Karamelno, ravno prav. Uravnovešeno, to bo pravi izraz. American Pale ale v pravem pomenu besede. Pitno, sproščeno pivo, a še vedno polno karakterja. Primerno v vsakem trenutku. Tropske note hmeljev Simcoe in Cascade nadgradi karamelni slad, katerega zaobjame nežna grenkoba hmelja Chinook. Klasika.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and rather bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 050425

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, citrus, hops and malt. Nice fruity and hoppy finish.

29/3/2025. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours clear bright orange copper with a huge foamy off-white head. Aroma is caramel, resin, chalky, musty, earthy, fruits. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, quite lively. Earthy bitter resiny finish. Not a big fan.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy deep golden with huge frothy, lasting off white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, soap, light tropical notes, but it is subdued, maybe because of thick head. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Finish is long, sweetness fades quickly to lasting medium bitterness.

500ml bottle. Opalescent, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and minimally fruity, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pine, resin, a touch of pineapple, woody pineapple, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is moderately bitter, piney and minimally citrusy fruity and floral hoppy, pale and caramel malty basis with subtle residual sweetness, notes of pine, resin, a touch of pineapple, lemon, grapefruit. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Harmonious and balanced - old school in the best sense.

0.5 l bottle at the Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Clear golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, lightly fruity, intense herbal, lightly earthy. Light malty, caramely, earthy, herbal and toasty aroma. Nice malty profile, lightly harsh earthy herbal profile, minimal bitterness. Dry finish.

Bottle, huge thx Ico! Hazy copper body, off-white head. Grainy and heavily resinous aroma. Soft, creamy, oxidized, milk caramel and light citrus fruit, low bitterness go none, vaguely tart. Weird balance. Need to try on tap, this isn't great.
