1/VIII/24 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Ardennes Holiday, BB: 23/XI/24, canned: 23/II/24 (what? I only just bought this, and it’s already over 4 months old?) (2024-649)
Pretty cloudy orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, a little stable, falls down quickly. Aroma: nice, very juicy, lots of tropical fruits, mango, some oranges, dank, malty, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, very malty, caramel, a little sweet, sugary touch, hoppy, resinous. Aftertaste: citrus notes, very fruity, good stuff, zesty, resinous.

Can at home shared with Caesar. A bit hazy dark orange color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, traditional old school hops, decently bitter. Yeah, I like it. Quote good. Nicely bitter.

16oz can pours a murky burnt orange amber with some creamy, off white head. Nose has cracker, bread crust, some pine and soap. Old school. Malt bill is big, too big maybe. Soapy, citrus, pine. Finishes full bodied, bitter.

Can at home, 21st January 23. Pours a bronze colour and clear, nice white head. Aroma is caramel and malts, light resin. Taste is malty, sticky, some resin, then an earthy bitterness to it, more malts, a little sweet and then more pine resin in the linger. Nice

Can (6.8% ABV) from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear amber/ruby body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of pine and caramel. Flavour of caramel and brown sugar. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. It’s fine but sweeter than expected and a bit muddled.
