A festival for the people, a beer for the people. A craft pilsner. Brewskival Craft Beer Festival takes place in the end of August in Sweden each year and it is our contribution to "The Great Human Project". It's where we gather the finest of people, beers, music & food under the same roof "or tent". We strip all of them down to nudity. No commercials, no bling-bling. It's back to basics. We are all the same and we let our creations speak for themselves. It's time to look where we came from. Follow that monkey! Let's go ape!

Troebel lichtgeel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van citrus en ananas. Lijkt veel meer op een IPA dan een pilsener. Desondanks een fijn bier.

33cl botle. A hazy pale golden beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of pineapple, moderate grassy hops, citrus. Taste of moderate grassy bitter hops, pineapples, wheat, hints of citrus, good!

Pours very hazy straw yellow, topped with large and very lasting white head. Mild sweet fruity nose, peach, with sone bready malt. Mild bitterness, a bit peppery in the finish. A hint of citrusy fruits. Medium aftertaste. Nice. Light. Fresh.

Bottle (at taptap). Pours golden. Aroma is soapy, fruity, sugar. Flavor is sweet and bitter, sugar, soap, dryness. Finish is sweet and bitter, citrus. Overall: soap and beer mix?! Forgot to move some points, because this bottle was bit of a cusher: -1 to Overall.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Nørregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Brewski Brewskival Pilsner ].Unclear - hazy matt medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, sweet yeast, bubble gum - minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, bubble gum, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170608] 5-3-6-3-11

Thanks Šnjavi! Murky yellow body,white head. Huh... interesting aroma, malty, dusty, light fruit, some brown sugar. Mild taste, prickly carbonation, herbal and grainy notes, bit too prickly overall, just a notch above average all in all.

0.33 l bottle. Hazy straw. Small white head. Grainy, some citrus and grassy hops. Light bitter, good balance. Light body, moderate body, light hoppy finish. Not bad.

0,33l bottle from Pien, Espoo. Almost clear, light yellow beer with good and long lasting, cloudy head. Aroma has sweet malts, fruits and flowers. Taste has sweet malts, fruits, citrus and grass. Nice hints of bitter at the end. Medium body and carbonation. Fresh and fruity beer, very nice one.
