Bottle thanks to Reubs. Near opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dark chocolate malts, boozy, a little spice. Modest caramel. A light and spicy finish. Tidy, if another BW that could reasonably pass for an Impy.

Shared at Palace Hall, Malmö March 2024 tasting (23/03/2024) - toasted and sweet malty with lots of dried fruit shred, caramel, toffee, a plethora of spices, full bodied, wooden washed Armagnac infused lingering finish. Heard so much about this and doesn’t disappoint, right up my street.
