Bottle. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some liquorice, some mild toffee tones with mild alcohol tones. Flavour is liquorice, roasted tones with some mild chocolate and mild alcohol tones to it. A bit burning alcohol in the aftertaste.

--Bottled. -- Black, almost no head. Intense bourbon aroma. Sweet with full body and dense, rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate mud cake drenched in bourbon. The alcohol takes the edge of the cakeyness, lending it a brandy like head to counter the plump chocolate cake. Intensely warming quite bitter finish.

ABV: 14.4%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, bourbon, barrel, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, bourbon, chocolate, roasted, barrel, wood, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming. [20240216]

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2022. Pours black with a small creamy head. Massive roast, wood and alcohol. Licorice. Dry and roasted finish with a touch of booze.

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Black with a small off-white head. Roasted aroma with chocolate, candy and booze. Sweet and thick roasted flavour with charcoal and a touch of raw alcohol.

On tap at Mikkeller SF, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of bourbon barrels and gentle roast. Flavour is boozy and harsh, with lots of bourbon, roasted malt, and wood. A bit too harsh and roasty, with a boozy finish. Good.
