Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of dry fruit, very malty, a hint of ash mixed in with the caramel. Slight carbonation, otherwise a bit watery. Caramel comes through on the taste. As Grumbo says nice and easy to drink.

5/8/2021. Bottle bought at the brewery gate. I’m wondering if there’s any other beer on RateBeer that’s had to wait so long for its second rating (2003 to 2021). Pours clear deep golden amber with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramel, sweet malt, touch yeasty. Quite sweet, more floral, slight veggie edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. Easy drinking sessionable best.
