While our Hommel Dry Hopped is similar to the more traditional variety, the dry hopping adds a unique hop flavour, which you can only obtain with hops from Poperinge. The additional hint of green grass and spring flowers strikes a different balance between the various flavours of this beer, resulting in more pronounced bitterness.

Bottle, bb 6/27. Unclear amber with a good cm of fluffy white head. Aroma is herbal and floral with apricots and bun dough. More muddled than complex - the yeastiness smudges things. Mainly herbal hops and they are interesting. Firm bitterness. Not bad.
