APA by this Liverpool-based craft brewery, can from the Jumbo supermarket in Ghent (much to my surprise - even more so because it was apparently canned only ten days ago). Medium thick, busily 'Brugse kant'-like lacing, yellowish egg-white, breaking but generally retaining head over a cloudy pale yellow blonde robe with pale beige-ish tinge. Aroma of dried lemon peel, lime zest, bread crumbs, cold oatmeal porridge (oats actually present here but they rarely manifest themselves so clearly on the nose), gravel, even wet concrete, unripe kiwi, sandpaper, vague hint of children's medicine (effervescent tablets). Juicy onset, sweetish but only subtly so, lemongrass, green kiwi and carambola hints but all subdued, with vague sourish edge reinforced by lively carbonation; smooth mouthfeel, wheat slick and oatmeal velvetiness, making it feel proportionally 'full' for its ABV. Unsugared oatmeal porridge effects linger with something flour-like into a hoppy, grassy, restrainedly citrusy finish with somewhat powdery mouthfeel; the hops provide grass- and lime zest-tinged aromas but does so subtly, with that children's effervescent tablet effect briefly returning. Bitterness remains very soft, so that a minerally aspect of wet sand or concrete comes to the foreground a bit. Odd concoction if you ask me, a bit less turbid oatmeal porridge effects and a bit more focus on citrusy or other 'modern' hop aromas would not hurt. Drinkable, but not one I would specifically recommend, and certainly not as a typical example of its intended style.

An artificial butterfly is used as a murder weapon in a James Bond movie. Nothing artificial about this crisp hazy pine brew, not too stated but more than enough to enjoy, more so in taste than aroma. Feels weak but isn't.

Straight from can during a hike on 'De Ginkelse Heide'. Color: Hazy golden, I presume. White head. Aroma: Hoppy, sweetish tropical fruit like mango. Taste: Bit thin, fruity hop, mango, overripe pineapple, some citrus. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, light to moderate bitterness. Ok supermarket beer.

440ml can from Left Field Beer and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear light yellow colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sweet and bitter, with a smooth, light, somewhat watery, mango, melon, light fake sugar, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Kolor słomkowo żółty, intensywnie zamglony. Piana biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, wysoka, o średnio długim czasie redukcji. Ładnie krążkuje.
Aromat świeży, chmielowy, owocowy (cytrusy), zestowy. Intensywność zapachu wysoka.
Smak umiarkowanie słodki a nawet nieco kwaskowy, z nieco mocniejszą, zestową goryczką.
Wysycenie średnie. Ciało niskie. Tekstura miękka. Posmak krótki wytrawny z owocowym tłem.

Can. Just a very light haze on this pale yellowish gold beer, small off white head. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a decent creamy sweetness. Crisp pine intro. Bright hop fruits, mild tangerine, touch of blackberry, a little peach. Light crisp finish. Another cracking clean crisp beer from Azvex, does a lot for it's modest stature.

My 60th different English brewery beer rating. 440ml can from Dead Crafty Beer Company in Liverpool, England. Hazy yellow pour. Large, pillowy white head. Floral hop aroma has herbal and citrus notes. Flavor is light citrus and stone fruit. Notes of tangerine, lemon zest, grapefruit and peach. Smooth and crushable. Amazing flavor and complexity for the low ABV.

Rated at Haze Wave Festival 2024. Citrusy and soapy with hints on floral notes, grapefruit and pine. A bit unbalanced
