Inspired by the heavily malt-driven flavors of northern England, Bleeding is our latest boozy behemoth of a barleywine – aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on locally-sourced honey, for a well-rounded mouthfeel and a massive, nuanced array of flavors in every sip! Despite clocking in at a reality-altering 12%, this beer delivers a smooth, dry finish that makes it an all-too-perfect sipper for the dread and darkness of the Finnish winter!

Dry malty aroma, slightly sweet malts. Some nuts. Finer licorice and coconut hint of notes probably from the bourbon
Flavor is very complex. Caramelly malty nutty base with finer notes of coconut and wood.
Dry and very well balanced. The barrelling is discrete with most of the flavor being barley wine ish. This is a very good English style barley wine

Aroma has sweet malt, butter and some fruitiness. Flavour has alcohol, gluey tones, ripe fruits, some malt. Also some bourbon and vanilal notes. Some American BW wibes here. Alcohol and gluey notes are a bit too evident here.

Draught No head left, reddish ochre beer. Tobacco, dried fruit (apricot, figs, dates,...), sandalwood. Bitter-shot sweet liqueur, bitter melon, bark, bit rubber-like. Medium bodied at least, some carbonation, faint alcohol. Raw. Not for the faint hearted.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 9/2023, bbe 1.9.2026. Almost clear red brown beer with quite small head. Aroma has malts, leather, woody barrel, dried fruits, honey and caramel. Flavor has malts, leather, wood, rye and honey. Quite sweet. Tasty.

Draught, taster. @Vaeskebalancen, Copenhagen (Denmark). 08/05/2024 [#7.153 Global - #52 Finland - #4 Panimoyhtiö Tuju] Pours light orange with a minimal lacing off-white head. Aroma: bourbon barrels, rye and dried fruits. Taste: grainy, wood barrels and figs. Long dried mouthfeel. Next one please!
