A slightly hazy dark golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of dried fruits, bourbon and wood. Taste of dried fruits, caramel, wood, slightly boozy.

Tap @ Væskebalancen, Blågaard. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and a little alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with warming alcohol. 080524

(Keg at Villi Wäinö, 20231207) The beer poured deep amber and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had wood, vanilla, raisins and malts. Palate was full bodied, dry and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, vanilla, malts, prunes, raisins, toasted malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, malts, alcohols and bitterness. A tasty malty brew with balanced barrel notes.
