Just lots of pineapple with a confectionary twist. This beer is loaded up with over 200 gallons of fresh pineapple puree, on top of our imperial sour base with a clean, tart & sweet balance. This year's version includes Madagascar and Comoros vanilla beans, as well as some Ecuadorian vanilla caviar to lend a hint of ice creaminess to smooth things out and take it over the top.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Hazy golden without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, pineapple and light tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 090524
