Tap @MBCC 2024, Blue Session. Oily black, tiny tan head. Heavy, rich and roasted malt aroma. Thick, slimy mouthfeel. Super heavy, dusty dark malt flavour, some barrel, bourbon.

Aroma: bourbon, soy sauce, oak whiskey barrels, vanilla and figs. Taste: dried fruits and vanilla. Obviously bourbon boozines, but quite well balanced. Next one, please!

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Blue Session. A black beer, no head. Aroma of bourbon, strong dark malt. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, bourbon, vanilla, dried fruits.

MBCC: engine oil appearance. Aroma is soy sauce, barrels, and loads of vanilla. Taste is relatively sweet. Does not have the harshness of many barley wines. Dry and intense finish.
