Fruity, sweet, sour, a bit tart. Strong cherry, dry oak, some vanilla. More vanilla in the finish when it warms up (don't drink straight from the fridge). Smooth, a touch vinous, a dry finish. Excellent.

Deep dark red, syrupy. Big smell, sweet at first but with some cherry tartness coming in soon, light vanilla, some oak. Nice thickness, sticky. Sweet but balanced nicely by tart cherry, just enough pit for balance. Vanilla is overwhelmed, pity that. Yum!
