Gentle, with a pleasant aftertaste and moderate malty accent, practically without the taste of bitterness. Light beer lovers do appreciate the pure light taste and wonderful freshness of this beer variety. (alc 4.7 - 4.9 %)

Medium very white shiny head. Hazy deep yellow body with carbonation. Light fruity grassy aroma with hop notes. Dry straw and grass taste with mealy notes. Mid-bodied. Dry mealy empty aftertaste. Not bad, but very neutral. (0.5l draft at brewpub.)

Draught at the brewpub on April 11, 2009Shady golden color, big fluffy lasting off-white head. Malty a bit hoppy scent, a bit boring when had just after the "Pilsner Gold", if you try them both do it in the other way. Malty sweet and hoppy herbal taste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, spicy herbal bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Weak bready aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour starts quite boring and watery, but turns slightly malty. Has a little paper, but not a problem. Not very bitter.

Golden honey color, decent white head. Liek all BH’s beers, aroma has brewing mash and rye bread, this one has also some citric notes. As name indicates, this is close to standard German Helles-type beer: light in palate, malty background with lemony hops. So this brew is ok if you want a harmless beer for thirst.
