Panda thanks to Cloin. Opaque dark brown beer, short lived thin tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, reasonable fine carbonation, which is absolutely fine for this heavyweight. Rich dark malts, nice creamy dark chocolate, not that sweet. Rich ripe fruity bourbon that has a really pleasing savoury note. Nice vanilla, well integrated and where it intersects with the dark malt, we get a side serving of rich milk chocolate. Ripe fruity bourbon linger after a smooth finish. Super duper. Rich and rewarding.
