A powerful DIPA brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Virmalised.
Taste: The first sip starts out with a fleeting hint of sweet pineapple flesh and ripe nectarines, but the hops here are undeniable, with their resinous character swiftly coating the tongue like pine sap. What follows is a lingering wave of bitter citrus and lemongrass that might just leave you seeing green.
Appearance: A vibrant orange beer with a tight white head.
Nose: A complex gradient of colourful notes ranging from subtly sweet orange zest to assertive resinous aroma akin to pine needles and grapefruit pith.

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2024 Friday session) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, grapefruit and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, pine, fruitiness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. Tasty hoppy brew with nice dry palate.

0,1l on tap @ the brewery. Pours cloudy golden with a medium head. Aroma is light malts with some pine. Flavor is bitter malts with pine and hops. Weaker than expected.

Drukket på Bergstua. Mørk stråfarget. Uklar. Middels høyt kritthvitt kremarktig skum som daler sakte. Pen lacing. Aroma av gress & overmoden frukt. Smaken tropisk frukt. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

MBCC: clear gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus mostly, with some conifers. Taste is lightly bitter, maintains an aftertaste. Generally quite good.

Almost clear deep golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, pine, spruce tips. Taste of strong resinous bitter hops, citrus, spruce, intense piney bitter finish.

Humalane, mõru, tsitrus, kerge münt, kuiv, tsitrus, linnaseline, väike soojendav alkohol. Viisakas, mõrudus ja kuivus meeldib väga, aga näiteks need IPA-d, mis Põhjala tegi kunagi Boneyardiga on rohkem minu stiil.
