Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Robust sweet dark malt aroma with roast, chocolate, dark fruits, chocolate syrup, berries, sugar. Flavour is quite sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is full and thick. Sweet and full with lots of syrupy chocolate.

Deep Dark Sea one year agging in my deep dark cellar. And 8 months in brewery. Vintage 2017. Ciemna ciecz, oleiste, smoliste, srednia piana jasno bezowa, srednio trwala ale jest koronka, pachnie intensywnie pieczonym chlebem zytnim z wlasnej pieszanki, piernikami, czekolada. w smaku czekolada gorzka kawa zbozowa, paluszki, pumpernikiel, nieco lukrecji, wyraznie i mocno palone, do tego mocno nachmielone, malo jest tu slodyczy, dostojne doskonale sie zestarzalo w kartoniku, nic tylko polecac, piwo nie do dostania, tak wiec tylko kolekcjonerzy moga sie tym raczyc.

13-09-19 // tap. Tasting flight at BroPub by Brokreacja in Krakow. Deep dark brown. Strong baltic porter. Roasted dark malts. Bitter chocoalte. Hints of coffee. Some booze. Low carbonation.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Pitch black with a solid tan cap that stays for the show - a real looker of a beer. Nose is chocolate, dark fruit rinds, toffee, raisins, dark malts. Taste comprises bitter roast, burnt toffee, chocolate dipped raisins, aniseed, charr. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced alcohol. Solid Baltic.

Sampled @ Festival Dobrego Piwa Wroclaw 2018. A black beer with a small beige head. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, bitter hops. Taste of dark roasted malt, liquorice, coffee. Nice.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with late awakening, small, creamy, widely fading, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, minimally smoky, sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, treacle, molasses, liquorice, roasted nuts. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty, and bitter hoppy as well, minimally smoky, notes of salted liquorice, hints of treacle, molasses, a touch of ashes; oily to viscous texture, smooth, soft and minimally sticky palate. A tad too bitter, thus somehow astringent, cowering, concentrative, not really expanding, developing, voluminous; a nice sipper nevertheless.
