500ml can. Hazy orange color with off white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, wheat, grainy, banana. Sweet taste like aroma with a lot of banana. Light thin ton oily body with average carbonation, watery finish.

50cl plastic bottle. (as Perlenbacher Hefe Weissbier with 5.5 abv) Pours hazy deep golden with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, some banana. Taste is yeasty, sweet malty, some banana, not good!

Persistenza olfattiva discreta. Il cappello di schiuma bianca e fine non ha molta permanenza, ma la velatura è compatta e costituita da bollicine medio-grandi. La consistenza del liquido si presenta velata, di colore giallo torbido. L’amaro è poco più che percettibile. Il corpo è chiaro e va in coppia con la struttura, sottile e dai sentori di malto. Alla lingua l’aroma è in equilibrio tra il dolce e l’amaro, entrambi di media potenza. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa sufficiente. Il gusto piacevole lascia spazio a sensazioni boccali finali di facile beva, irrobustite da alcol, poco ma ben presente.

Can 500ml. [ As Perlenbacher Weissbier ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, yeast, fruity, light clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, banana, yeast, clove, thin. Body is medium, texture is watery to light creamy, carbonation is soft. [20150618]
