Can. Golden color. Cloudy. Banana, citrus and soft herbal notes in the aroma and flavor. Short citric aftertaste. Drinkable, but thin and lacks character.

0.5 can.

Filled with confusing, no head at all and this would be one of the main looks. Its aroma is only minimally banana, yeasty, very not intense. Carbonated, yeasty, the classic wheat notes are missing in almost everything, for me it’s a really crappy wheat ... Disappointment .--- 2020 06 19- now it has foam, just as confusing, somehow the whole thing was better. More wheat beer aftertaste, nicer foam, (and more durable) just still "wet" a bit, and smells little. But it was all good. Maybe it was fresher.

Can (thanks marduk). Pours rather clear golden. Aroma and flavor are banana, lagery graininness, watery notes, white sugar. Overall: drinkable, but far from good weizen. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Perlenbacher Trigo on 11 Jan 2019 at 18:49 - Score: 5. Original review text: Banana, grains, watery, sugar.

(Can, 0.5 l - 4.5 % ABV, from a Lidl, 20180831) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head and white. Aroma had banana and clove. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, banana, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was watery, sweet and bitter. A thin and watery brew.

CAN 50 CL. Cloudy yellow-gold, big white head. More sun-dried tomatoes than banana, light wheaty tartness (that leaves a bit of heart burn). Decent body, extra-light bitterness. A cheapo weizen, still drinkable.

Can 500ml (ABV 4.5% as "Perlenbacher Vehnäolut", similar can)
Hazy orange colour, okish white head. Banana wheaty but also very metallic aroma. Lifght-bodied. Overriped banana, cardboard, earthy bad hops in the flavour. Too watery for hefeweissbier as ABV indicates. Industrial brew.
