Sampled from bottle @ ChrisO after GBBF day 3. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Nice hoppy, grassy, lightly floral aroma. Taste wheat, slightly yeasty, again quite floral, lightly hoppy. Average to medium body and carbonation.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Slight hazy gold with a big big thick off white head. Wow The carbonation keeps going. OK, it’s an ok pale ale. Yeast and citrus hoppy aroma. It’s a highly drinkable pale ale. Interesting if a little over carbonated. It’s got some delicate light citrus and white stone fruit flavours. Man I love Italian beers, they just all seem so interesting and the flavours are always dead sharp. Not a huge finish. But it’s a simple blond pale ale with some interesting touches. I mean it’s the most interesting beer I’ve had today except Punk IPA which was excellent. Not huge flavours but definitely decent. Some bitterness on the finish. It’s a blond pale ale. Nice.

Tap at Open Baladin, Roma, 10/02/13. Lightly hazed pale blonde with a decent frothy white head. Nose is pale malts, lemon, touch of spice, orange, sugars. Taste comprises light hoppage, citrus notes, orange, light sugars, touch soapy. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation - a little over prickly, light bitterness and a touch of sweetness in the finish. Decent enough fayre - nowt too special mind.
