The Emelisse Imperial Iced Dark Ale has a light-brown foam head which turns a dark coppery colour during pouring, while a slightly spicy aroma and a pleasing hint of liquorice fills the nose. The thick flavour structure produces sweet notes of vanilla, after which a candy-like note takes over!
