Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2016 bbe 01.06.2028 ) im 2025-11 getrunken. Diesem rose farbenden Cider merkt man die 9 Jahre überhaupt nicht an. Es ist immer noch spritzig, mit ausgewogener Säure und Aromen von Äpfeln und dunkler Beeren. Ein tolles Cider!

Clear, old Rose color and a small white head. Fruity nose, Apples, pears, black currant. FruitY tart flavors, Apples, sour curranta, and a rather dry Finish.

375ml bottle (2016). Pours a hazed, almost murky brownish pink, good spritz. Nicely sweet, but definitely showing its age after 8 years, caramelised fruit, distant leather, rose petals, red berries.. not bad for such an old cider.

Bottle pour at TCBW. Pours light hazed dark red with a pink head. Aroma: rose, red berries, red wine, apples, champagne yeast. Taste: dry, complex, tart, red wine must, red berries, apple skin. Spritzy.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Pinkish golden, spritzy head. Leathery nose with ripe apples and frozen strawberries. Tart with medium body and spritzy mouthfeel. Elegant, champagnelike with tart apples and red berries. Mild apple skin bitterness.

ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium red amber colour with a average, fizzy and quick, virtually no lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate sewer, yeast, blackcurrant, apple, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dark berries, blackcurrant, apples, funk - leather. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240426]

Bottle (from Pien Webshop). Roséish orange colour with a tiny head, which disappears quite quickly. Aroma is green apples, some mild blackcurrant bush leafs and wooden tones. Flavour is red apples, green apple skin tartness and some mild berry bushes and some mild tartness. Nice sparkling cider.

Light brownish red, smells fruity, sour, a bit earthy. A bit sweet, dry, fruity, well carbonated. Red apple, black currants. Earthy, smooth, elegant. Best cider ever?
