Another collaboration with the great Põhjala tells the continued story of our shared history in craft brewing. This imperial stout aged in a blend of Finnish rye, maple syrup and bourbon barrels for 18 months combining to make a rich and complex silent exchange of flavors and aroma.

Svart med lys brunt skum. Lukter rått kjøtt, mørk sjokolade, noe blomster og noe tobakk. Fyldig. Smaker mørk sjokolade, salt lakris mot salmiakk, svarte bær og tobakk. Middels lang.

0,375 litre Bottle, from Vinmonopolet Rudshøgda, at home. Dark brown/ Almost Black with little brown head. Roasted malts, maple, oak, whiskey, Chocolate, Smooth. Some alcohol heat in The finnish. Probably Even better next Year!
