Poured from 330mL bottle (#2745/5000). Near black with minimal light beige head. Weird sweet, medium hot bbq sauce flavour, some vinegar on the nose, gentle dark malts in the background. Slightly muddled.

Dark brown. No head. Smells like chocolate and cayenne pepper. This has some cayenne, vinegar, the hot sauce stuff, and then some sweet dark sugars, and just a touch of chocolate. A touch of heat in the finish.

330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is just screamin’ with hot sauce, gentle bourbon barrels, and not much else – hot sauce dominating. Flavour is a bit different, with vinegary hot sauce, bourbon barrels, and medium roasted malt underneath. The malt is more rounded on the flavour, with just enough sugars to balance. Not a masterpiece by any means, but it does work.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 14%, IBU 40. Pitch black colour, moderate to small brown head of poor retention. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate, alcohol, oak and chili / hot sauce. Warming mouthfeel, both from the alcohol and hot sauce. Flavour of roast malts, chocolate, caramel, oak and hot sauce galore.

WoW. A beer stored in bourbon barrel that are ok. Not f….ing heavy barrel or bourbon notes. Quite dark in the glass and a fine head. Fine intensity in the aroma Not to sweet and a fine carbonation level. Pleasant to drink. Dark malt, chocolate, fruity, fine chili profile and some oak in the flavor. Bottle 330ml @ My brothers place. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, dried fruits, chili, licorice and vanilla. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, chili, chocolate, dried fruits, vanilla and licorice finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 18.01.2024I/bbe 26.11.2033) im 2024-10 getrunken. Dieses Stout mit einer leicht ölige Konsistenz zeigt eine stimmige Kombination von dunkler Schokolade, Chili und der Aromen von Vanilie und Honig durch die Bourbonfassreifung. Klasse Stout!

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted, liquorice and alcohol and mild toasted tones with some slight with a bit syrupy tones. Flavour is liquorice, chocolate, chili and some alcohol with some toasted tones. Too much chili in flavour for it's own good.
