This deep yellow, slightly hazy saison has a fine, persistent head with a beautiful light cream color. The very complex scents immediately evoke flower fields and make you gently land on a sea of thyme and rosemary. As soon as the beer warms up, the vegetal scents evolve into a wonderful floral bouquet, which finishes with clear notes of ground pepper.

(Bottle) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of white peppercorns, grape juice, dried fruit, orange peel, white bread, flowers and a touch of yeast. Fruity, spicy taste with white bread, grapes, white pepper, dried fruit, orange peel, herbs and a spicy finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, quite herbal and spicy. Nice one.

33cl bottle in a Frecciabianca train, in Italy. Pours hazy dark blonde with minimal white foam. Aroma is partially malty, sour vegetables, some candy feeling. Body is fairly dense with good carbonation. Taste is moderately sweet, with a notable spiciness (pepper) that lasts very long. Low bitterness, some delicate sour. Finish, as mentioned, is very long with spiciness.

Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, arrostito, agrumi, spezie e pepe.

Sample@Ølfestival København 2018 - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy, yeasty touch, notes of citrus lemon, grass, straw, hay, medium body, citric spices into the lingering fruity finish.

Bottle from Hankyu Oasis. Big estery nose: orange, apricot, peach, Belgian yeastiness. Muddy orange-golden color with a low head. Tart, slightly lactic, vanilla and yogurt, estery fruits. Sweet and a bit funky. Kind of weird, light sour acidity but very estery and sweet. Kind of fun but not quite convincing and probably heat damaged.
