Half-pint, cask ale at The RedHouse. Shared with Finn. Black in the glass, covering beige head, clingy lacing. Aromas of roasted dark malts, mid-sweet, promising. Fine malt-driven taste with chocolate and toffee. Very smoothly roasted ending, mid-sweet. Easy to drink. Likeable. (Newcastle upon Tyne, 19.03.2024).
