Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear copper coloured pour with small off white head. Aroma is nutty toffee, treacle, burnt sugars, brandy snap sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered malts, burnt cake, liquorice, dried apple, light tang, dish water. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, not much condition.

On cask. Appearance - clear golden with a thin white head. Nose - lemon and biscuit. Taste - bread and orange. Palate - light bodied, dry finish and a wee bit thin. Overall - quite good.

Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford. Clear mid brown bitter colour lasting beige head. Biscuit. Mid brown malty bitter. Some dryness on the finish. Good biscuit flavour. Decent bitter. Good condition. Fine.
