A little black dress is not a little black dress if it’s covered with polka-dots. The same goes for the dark suit which can’t be green, even if it’s dark green. But classic doesn’t mean impersonal. The one who wears classic clothes strikes out with a self-assured smile, pleasant behaviour and smart talk.

Pilsner is a classic. Pilsner can’t be strong or taste much like hops or have amber colour. Pilsner has to be pleasantly bitterish, light yellow in colour and refreshing. Rather predictable than noticeable hint of white wine given to this pilsner by Hallertau Blanc hops covers the seductive smile part.

On tap at Kochi Käsitöö- ja Õllefest, Tallinn. Pale golden to straw coloured with a lasting, white head. Mild grainy and grassy aroma with some slightly floral notes.
