Can at Beer Knír because yeah. Loving the fact that this was aged in bourbon barrels IN A COAL MINE because of course that means something. Huge malty aroma, caramelly, heavy maltiness, overripe fruit, herbal, floral. The taste is fairly dry, caramel, roasted hazelnut - almost vegetal, but not really, dried fruit. very well hidden alcohol, ending with a bitterish kick. Bit losing it in the finish, slightly astringent and showing oxidation, but quite fun overall! Technically, deserves something like 6.8, giving it a bit more now.

Med-thin body, med-light carbo. Med bitterness, med-light sweetness, light warmth - ABV well hidden. Medium woodiness, feels pretty neutral tho. Caramelly maltiness on top of wood. Med-light dried fruits, raisins. Tasty, good, but not great, simplistic.
