Cask at The Park Tavern, Eltham. Toffee apple & dried fruit aromas. Similar action in the taste with a spot of caramel, nuts & red berries coming through in the back end. Malty sweet with a lightly bitter edge.

Gravicask, one-half, shared with Finn at St Albans Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Slightly unclear mahogany coloured body, dotted spots on the glass, filmy layer. Brown malty aromas, mid-sweet, promising. Flavoured with caramel malts, bread, and some impacts of ripe fruits. Mid-dry bittersweet end. Decent. (St Albans, 27.09.2023).

[Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading.] A chestnut coloured pour with a thin white head; malty aroma; earthy malt taste with some Demerara sugar; then a dry finish with an earthy bitterness and a little spice. A pleasant malty bitter.

10/9/2019. Cask at the Crosse Keys, Bishopsgate, London. Pours dark amber brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, toffee, plumy fruits, light milky chocolate and flowers. Moderate but developing sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Earthy bitterness to finish, a tasty brew which belies its abv.

Cask @ Four Candles, Oxford. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 170218

Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 10/02/16. Copper golden with a decent beige covering. Nose is floral hop, peach, light bread dough, melon, straw. Taste comprises passionfruit, peach melba, biscuit notes, caramel shortbread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light a light floral hop presence. Decent enough delivery for the ABV.

Cask Gravity at the Duchess of Cambridge. It pours hazy orange, with a thin white head. The nose is hay, straw, orange citrus pith, sweaty sock and tanginess. The taste is citrus pith, orange, tangy marmalade, straw and hay, with a decent bitter finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Not bad.
