While the light pilsner malt, malted wheat, and oats give the beer a solid backbone, the magic of the Amarillo/Mosaic/Motueka Hop-combo gives Doom's Bell its flavorful aromatics of white flowers, crushed oranges, citrus fruit peel, and bright herbs.

Can. A hazy orange-golden colored beer with a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma is very gentle, with generic fruityness and a touch of pale malts. Not much going on neither in the direction of Wit nor in the direction of IPA. It's medium bodied and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation and a decent bitterness. Very gentle flavor too, mostly on the fruity side, with some pale malts. Short finish. A dull and uninteresting beer that still would work as a thirst quencher. 231101

Tap @ Melkebaren. Slightly unclear golden body under a thin, lacing white head. Not much aroma, slightly malty. Taste is weak, pale malt with a light fruity touch, low bitterness. Medium body and short aftertaste. Uninspired and boring.

330ml can, #271, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Stable white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass, near clear yellow-coloured body. Rather subdued smell herbal hops and cereal malt. Quite well blended taste of fruity oats, pale malts, and a citric bite. Mid-dry ending with discreet malt-fruity bitterness. Just okay, could drink again. (Tromsø, 23.08.2023).
