This Cold IPA is fermented at low temperatures using our house Lager yeast, combined with a grist of Pilsner malt, rice & maize to give a crisp, clean base to allow Idaho 7, Mosaic & Amarillo hops to shine through with bright notes of citrus and pine.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry citrus and light fruits with some light grain and sweet onion supporting. Flavor has grass and pine with w bit of onion and light sweet grains backing.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of green plant stalks and grapefruit. Taste is a bit dank. Something of the sweet shop, and a saline note. Quite odd. Not unlikeable though.

Drukket på Bergstua. Stråfarget. Nesten klar. Skumring. Rik fruktaroma. Smaken sitrusfrukt. Ananas i forgrunnen. Litt søt. Forsvinnende lite bitterhet.,

440ml can purchased at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Chalk white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass, close-to-clear golden-yellowish body. Inviting aromas of green hops, grass, and pale malts. Fine blended taste of maize, grass and supported by sappy orange, pale malty background. Smooth hop fruity bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Very refreshing and pretty good. (Tromsø, 26.03.23).

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy yellow with a creamy snow white head. Nose - dried orange and apricot. Something a bit green possibly pine is lurking. Taste - more orange, apricot and bready. Just an edge of caramel. Palate - light bodied, dryish middle and properly dry finish. Overall - quite nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 06/03/23. Clear light golden with a just off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, light floral notes, grass, melon, toasted grains, pale malts, tangerine. Taste comprises orange zest, hint of grapefruit, pine nip, papaya, melon, grass. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with balanced light juice laden hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking IPA.

Can at home picked up from the source. . A clear mif gold coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is mellow dank, pine needles, bark, light weed, resin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, clean base malts, floral pine, sap, light weed, semi crisp. Palate is semi crisp, clean, highish carbonation. Nice crisp IPA.
