What is a light mild? Well to us it’s a low alcohol pale beer where we focus on the malt profile rather than the hops. Fruity vanilla notes with a dry, biscuit finish. Smooth and lovely.

200ml draught at Brygg. Clingy lacing, filmy layer over a misty amber-gold body. Moderate smell of cereal malts and herbal hops. Pretty good taste of bread-like malts, citrus, and canned fruits. Bitter endnotes. Refreshingly and well crafted for the low abv. (Oslo 21.10.2022).

Gylden. Nesten klar. Skumring. Fjærlett fruktaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken aprikos. Søs, litt syrlig fruktig avslutning. Mild? Mere en pale ale.
