Quite a malty weisse!! Typical esters of banans and cloves, but there os a very nice sweet maltiness. The finish is dry and grainy with hints of yeast and wheat.

Eingetrübte dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig, fruchtig mit Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Dem hellen Weizen aus gleiche Haus nicht ganz unähnlich (also auch fruchtig / floral). Allerdings ist die starke Note von schwarzer Johannisbeere deutlich reduzierter. Dafür spielt hier das Röstmalz deutlicher rein. Schön weich. Süffig, schmackhaft.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a brown with orange edges, head was off white bubble. Aroma is banana and wheat. Taste is banana, light sweeteness, wheat.

25/4/2020. Bottle from Munich Airport, part of a brewery box set. Pours clear amber bronze with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma wheat, sweet caramel malt, hops, dark fruits and a hint of banana and herb. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body. Average carbonation. Started ok.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of cereals, yeast, banana and slightly toasted malt. Pours cloudy dark brown color with large frothy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts mild to medium sweet grainy with toasted malty note, follows by dark fruit, dandelion syrup and mild citrus, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Quite drinkable, although nothing special...
