Handpull cask at the Blue Bell, Rothley. Colour is mid- to dark brown with a little bit of beige head. Lots of lacing. Sour, woody smell, very very malty with light notes of chocolate and overripe oranges. Overly sweet taste, big chocolatey malt. A suggestion if bitterness at the end. Feels far more boozy than it is, and it's heavy. Little carbonation. Not my sort of bitter.

Clear chestnut brown with a frothy off-white head and a subtle fruity, malty aroma. Light bodied and smooth with sweet malt and old school floral, yeasty bitterness to the fore and some subtle dark fruit lurking beneath

Cask at BeerHeadZ in Nottingham. Half pint, shared with Finn. A beige head leaving laces on the upper part of the glassware, clear copper coloured body. Good looking! Nicely roasted grainy nose, mid-sweet. Grainy caramel flavours, added by impacts of dark fruits. Malt-fruity ending, bittersweet. Like it. (Nottingham 11.10.2022).

Delt med Rune. Kobberfarget. Klar. Lavt luftig skum med litt farge. Aroma av lønnesirup. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken søt. Plommer. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.
