Simcoe DIPA. The next hop to get our saturate treatment is Simcoe. Drone Logic takes a grist of over 50% Oats and Wheat backed up by Floor Malted Maris Otter and then smothers it in Simcoe and Simcoe alone. When pushed to this level Simcoe becomes a bursting, intense tropical fruit bomb that comes at you with lots and lots of pineapple that’s peppered with notes of spruce and citrus fruits. A big jucy Simcoe banger.

440ml can from Love Wine in Jersey. Pours hazy yellow with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of orange, lemon, grapefruit, grass, pine & malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish. Highly enjoyable

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized ecru-ish white head; aroma of orange juice and peel oils, pineapple, some coconut, grapefruit, peachy and some oatmeal notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; I like it

Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 1 month past BBE. Hazy gold with moderate sized white head. Aroma of orange, lemon, mango, straw, resin and light earthiness. Taste is quite citrusy and pithy with some zesty bitterness offset by softer tropical notes and a touch of spice. Well balanced tasty single hop IPA

Can at Salchipapas, Madrid. A hazy golden pour with a beautiful, thick, dense, long-lasting egg-white head. Aroma is peach, apricot, conifers, grass, dank. Can't find the so much publicized pineapple anywhere. Slightly sweetish onset. Robust and full-bodied. Crisp, dank, very bitter. Long-lingering. A great one.

Can at home. Light hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are pineapple and pine. Slight sweet. Smooth body.

Can from Low Cost Beer Online. Pours murky yellow with a thin white head and a couple of yeasty chunks. Aromas of citrus, straw, tropical fruit. Taste is citrus again, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon. Zesty bitter finish.

Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy amber pour with a white head. Nose is peach, orange juice, pineapple, tropical fruit. Taste is sweet citrus, peach, pineapple, nectarine. Spicy sweet light bitter finish.

44cl Blik van Drankgigant. Troebel gouden kleur, witte kraag. Citrus, sinaasappel, hint van wiet, tropisch, mango, bitter. Medium body. Dit is weer een hele lekkere van Whiplash.
