Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malt, medium/light body, low carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is caramel malt.

Bottle pour into whisky glass from Valley Beverage. Appearance is clear amber (like dark iced tea) with initial nice sparkle but flattens quickly, less-than-finger-width off-white fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is toffee, mild fruit, earth. Taste is as aroma. Palate is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, no hop bitter balance and the European-style earthy contribution usually does little for me. Nothing new here and not particularly bold. Glad to tick Israel now.

Bottle from Abraham hostel, Tel Aviv. Who knows what quality it is but by God if did a good job after a VERY long day. Suits the place. Re-rated in bottle from House of Hummus (damnnn that hummus). For bad beers, this is a good one. Up from 2.5 to 2.7. Re-rated, always my reward after the journey here. Sunk 3 50cls. Very nice clean lager. Re rated again, tap by baech in Jaffa. 2.8 to 2.9

Can, nine months before bbd. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is roasted malts with bread and caramels, as well as light herbal hops. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is grainy malts with bread and toffee, as well as soapy hops and minerals. Short caramel malts in the finish. Surprisingly clean and drinkable.
