Light amber. A little bit dull, with a fizzy head. The aroma is mostly grainy, maybe with a light alcohol note. Taste is mostly watery, with light graininess and a hint of alcohol late.

Location: A beer that is pretty easy to find in it's home nation of Israel
Overall Impression: A not very interesting beer at all. I was very underwhelmed by the beers from Israel that I drank when I went there a few years ago.

50cl bottle from a corner shop in Herzelia, Israel. Gold with a fast-fading dense white head; malty aroma; slightly salty, toffee malt flavour, and a dry smoky finish. Not bad.

0.33L bottle. Small, quickly disapearing head. The label says "dark lager", but dark it certainly is not, light copper and not too apealing is a better discription. aroma nearly non existent with some faint malty notes. strong and pleasant hoppy taste with the alcohol in the background not showing too strong. Carbonation a little too high (Maybe because this brewer also makes carbonated beverages). Nothing special, but not a bad beer for everyday drinking either.

Foxy-gold colour, with an olive shine; small, off-white head. Nose of warm, decaying hay, a little yeasty-estery. Ends on a whiff of - apricot liqueur? Bland, hay-straw flavour. Maybe faintly grassy and leafy hints. Overall dull-sweet, with the emphasis on dull, ending on a metallic just-not-bitter note. Light bodied, empty palate. Useless lager without any aspiration on distinction - or it had to be on being a non-dark dark lager.
